Meals, transitions, and big emotions can feel exhausting when your child seems stuck in stress, rigidity, overwhelm, or “no” all day long.
Because curiosity grows when children feel safe first.
Raising Curious Eaters is a supportive community for parents navigating:
• picky eating & food refusal
• ARFID & feeding challenges
• Autism, ADHD & sensory sensitivities
• emotional regulation & big feelings
• difficulty with transitions and routines
Inside, you’ll learn what may really be driving your child’s responses — and how to reduce pressure, support regulation, and build more connection and curiosity around food and daily routines.
