Help with rental gear

I need to rent gear for a multi day event and I’m not sure what is best. It’s going to be a stationary 1 cam set up on a tripod to capture the stage and some of the audience near the front.

Camera - sony A7SIII or A7RV?

Lens - would a 24-70 work since I won’t need to zoom in?

Batteries - how many are recommended?

SD cards - no idea which ones are best or how many I should get

Audio - what’s the best way to capture audio without having to mic up everyone?

Am I forgetting anything? 🫣
