Day 6 - “Say something you’ve been scared to say.”
Let me go first. There’s a part of me that’s afraid this won’t work. Afraid I’m not wise enough to guide you. Afraid that I’m building something I’m still actively walking through myself. Because the truth is—I’m not on the other side of this. I’m in it. I’m learning discipline in real time.I’m confronting my own patterns. I’m choosing to show up, even when I don’t feel qualified to lead. My healing didn’t start when I had it all figured out. It started when I decided to move anyway. Being here—with you—has already shifted something in me. I picked up my guitar for the first time in a long time. There’s a renewed fire to create, to build, to go deeper with God. And at the same time? There’s a loud voice of fear. Telling me I’m not enough. That I shouldn’t be doing this. That I’m not ready. But this is the beauty of surrender—you don’t wait until you’re fearless. You move while surrendering the fear. Only when you let go… can you be free. So this isn’t just your prompt. It's ours. If we’re going to be a community that actually transforms—we don’t hide behind perfection. We show up in truth. 👇 Log in and comment: What is something you’ve been scared to say — about your life, your creativity, or your relationship with God? No masks. No filtering. This is where your voice starts. Pop this song on, sit with yourself + choose honesty.

Journal Time 💚
Amazon, Dollar Tree, Walmart, Target, Marshall’s, Michael’s… 🤷🏾‍♀️ honestly—even the back of your closet. I don’t care where you get it. Just make the time to invest in your healing and grab a journal that feels like yours. Try to choose one without lines 😉 Why this matters: RaineHQ isn’t just about creating—it’s about rebuilding. And healing isn’t passive. It’s something you choose, steward, and show up for. How to format your journal: Date in the top right (Day, Month, Year) ex: 12 April 2026 _____________ This will become a living record of your transformation. Not a highlight reel—real growth. At the end of each course, you’ll look back and see it: the shift in your thoughts, your faith, your creativity, your obedience. Because healing isn’t just about arriving somewhere new— it’s about learning to recognize who you’re becoming along the way. If you don’t slow down and sit with your growth, you’ll start believing the lie that you’re not changing… or worse—that you’re not capable of climbing what’s in front of you. But you are. And we’re going to prove it—one page at a time. _________________ Also— I’ll be opening up the Coffee House space for 1:1 time exclusively on Mondays from 10 am - 3 pm (PST). A place to talk about where you are, where you want to go, and how we can intentionally move you forward. You’re not doing this alone.

DAY 7: 🧱 Reflection
You showed up this week. That matters more than you think. This week you chose yourself. No one else. You. Even if it didn’t feel like much—you still completed it.And that is what matters most. To heal is to choose consistency. Not intensity. Not perfection. Consistency. As C.S. Lewis reminds us: “Literature adds to reality, it does not simply describe it. It enriches the necessary competencies that daily life requires and provides; and in this respect, it irrigates the deserts that our lives have already become.” Your creativity is not separate from your healing. It irrigates what’s been dry in you. It builds life where there’s been emptiness. 📸 Prompt: What did you create this week—and what did it unlock in you? 👇 Drop one reflection below.

Day 5 - Let's start healing ❤️‍🩹 today
There’s a reason you’ve been avoiding it. It’s not about skill. It's not about talent. It's about what it’s connected to. So today—set aside one hour. Grab a pen. Grab a pencil. And draw it out. No pressure to make it look good. No expectations to impress anyone.Just get it out of your head… and onto the page. Because healing doesn’t require perfection—it requires honesty. There are things God is trying to pull out of youthat words can’t always carry. So let your hands speak. This isn’t about being an artist. This is about being free. 👇 After your hour, grab a journal, and reflect: - What came up while you were creating? - What did you feel while creating? - What did God reveal to you? Post your drawing below 💚 comment on another's as well if you see one there.

Day 4 - 🔁 Discipline Check
If you’re confused about how God shows up in the art world—good. That means you’re thinking deeper than surface-level creativity. That means there’s something in you ready to be unlocked. But clarity doesn’t come from sitting in confusion. It comes from asking questions. If we’re going to break the hold on your creative potential…if we’re going to heal from the pain that’s been silencing you…you have to be willing to go there. You HAVE to be willing to ask. And you HAVE to be willing to answer. That’s what I’m here for. I believe God called you to create. Not casually—but intentionally. And I also believe there are strongholds that have been keeping you stuck, distracted, and inconsistent. Discipline starts here:understanding your why. Understanding the weight of what you carry.Understanding that your creativity has purpose. So let’s start there. 👇 Drop your questions below—about God, creativity, discipline, or anything you’ve been wrestling with. Let’s break it open. https://www.youtube.com/shorts/rvKiRqPXolc
