She Lifts Stronger is a community for women who love lifting and running and don’t want to give that up just because their body is being complicated.
This space is for you if:
- you’re fit, motivated, and active
- you’re dealing with things like prolapse, core or pelvic floor symptoms, back, hip, knee or disc issues
- you’re tired of being told to stop, rest forever, or “just do rehab”
This community is about:
- learning how to lift and run without symptoms
- adapting technique to suit your body
- understanding pressure, load, and asymmetries without overthinking
- staying strong, confident, and in the sports you love.
This community is intentionally evolving. The content, support and resources will be built around what you actually want and need, not a pre-written program.
Led by a qualified PT & postpartum corrective exercise specialist who lifts heavy with a prolapse, doesn’t have it all figured out, and believes strong women deserve better options.
