She Lifts Stronger is for women who’ve been told:
“Never lift again.”
“That’s just your body now.”
“Just do kegels.”
…and knew that couldn’t be the whole truth.
This is a community for women who want to move, train, and live without fear, even with prolapse, pelvic floor dysfunction, leaking, pain, hernias, disc issues, or back, hip, or knee pain.
Why this space is private?
Because real conversations need safety.
This community is private so women can ask honest questions, share experiences, and learn without fear, shame, or being watched.
We believe:
• You are not broken
• Symptoms ≠ stop
• Strength and pelvic floor issues can coexist
• Smart movement often improves symptoms
Inside: education, exercise modifications, live Q&As, workouts, and support.
I was diagnosed with prolapse and levator avulsion and told not to lift or squat. I rebuilt anyway.
