Personal Project Skills!

Hey guys!

I just wanted to share something I'm pretty happy about :)

I completed a personal project a couple of weeks ago to develop skills for R programming! What I did was I took a binary dataset of samples with or without esophageal cancer (something pretty close to my family) and practiced creating Manhattan plots :)

I probably should've found a better dataset, since this one uses Log2 Ratios instead of p-values, so I'll try editing my work a bit more

Here's an example of one of the Manhattan plots. What do you think?
