Since coming back from Thailand I felt I had so much on my to-do list. There was the stuff I didn't finish before I left, then the stuff I got behind on because the jet lag took so much longer than expected... plus getting back into "work mode" was not fun. Productivity is an ever-changing thing for my brain. What works today won't necessarily work tomorrow. But for now what's working for me is to be RADICALLY HONEST with myself that I just cannot work on 10 different things in a day (which I know sounds obvious, but it's the way I'm wired to think I can!) So I've started picking 3 priorities a day and it has TOTALLY shifted my focus in the best way. I'm definitely not a productivity guru, and this absolutely feels like basic advice, but if any of you are like me - thinking you can do all the things all at once - I hope this is a helpful reminder that you can't 😉😘
