Choose Peace
As queer people, we don't need everyone to be on this journey with us, and that's okay. In life, nothing lasts forever. Friendships end, relationships end, and people we love die.
Knowing who you are and living in truth are what matters.
Without hiding, denying, or hurting anyone, I live with peace of mind. In my spirit, I know that my ancestors agree with me that I am walking through this world with honesty and kindness. I believe they guide and protect me.
Additionally, the unconditional love that I received from both of my deceased parents remains with me. I'm still holding on to that love.
If you are on this path, choose peace. It will last longer than approval.
