In life, we constantly experience cycles of “charge” and “discharge.” When we breathe in, we charge up; when we exhale, we release. 🌬️ When emotions arise, they’re meant to move through us, creating energy in motion—emotion. Yet, when life throws challenges that feel too overwhelming to process, we sometimes suppress that energy instead of releasing it.

The key to restoring harmony lies in understanding the balance between regulation and resolution. Regulation is the ability to return to calm after a trigger. 🧘 It’s an essential skill, a way to cope with the demands of life. But true transformation requires resolution—the intentional release of stuck energy and unresolved experiences.
