Question from a non-dev. How are you triggering workflows automatically and deploying them to non-technical teams?
I built a workflow using the file structure that analyzes our sales call transcripts, extracts prospect pain points, builds a marketing plan from our internal playbooks, and drafts a Gamma presentation. The end result is exactly what my team needs.
Now I want to take it further and trigger this automatically based on a CRM event (e.g., prospect moves to a specific pipeline stage) so the sales rep never has to interact with Claude directly.
How are you all deploying your workflows to teams where not everyone is technical? Curious what the setup looks like in practice.
