How would you build this?

Hi folks, I’m kicking off a new project and would really value perspectives from people who’ve built similar systems.

How would you approach designing a workflow where someone sends a photo via a chat app, and that image is automatically analysed against predefined rules/benchmarks?

The system would need to:

Understand what’s in the image
Compare it to an expected standard
Output structured scores
Feed into a simple dashboard + summary reports
Route insights to the right people

Goal is to eliminate manual reporting and turn a single photo into clear, actionable insights with trends over time.

My initial thought is to use a file-based system like Jake teaches and wrap it in an app-style interface so I can sell it to businesses, but open to better approaches.

Would love to hear how you’d tackle this.
