Folder structures in Claude across a team

I've started using the folder structure almost exclusively when working in Claude code or even Claude Desktop. It's been incredibly valuable. One area where I'm currently stuck is how to incorporate the folder structure team-wide, where we are all working out of the same folders and files as needed.

Have any of you come across the situation and how have you successfully implemented beyond your person and extended it onto the whole team?
