HIRING: Sales Closer – AI Solutions (Remote)

About Us

SR Solutions is an AI automation agency helping businesses streamline operations, capture more leads, and increase revenue through custom chatbot, voicebot, and automation systems. We’re expanding rapidly and building a high-performing sales team.

The Role

We’re hiring Senior Sales Closers to run multiple qualified demos daily, present our AI solutions, and close deals. You’ll be paired with your own dedicated appointment setter and assigned an exclusive region (West Coast, Central, or East Coast). Must be fluent in English

What You’ll Do

Run 4–5 qualified demos daily provided by your appointment setter
Present and close deals averaging $3K–$10K
Follow a proven sales process with scripts, training, and full support
Collaborate closely with your setter to maximize regional results

Compensation

Commission-only role with 15% of each sale (average $450 on a $3K deal, $1,500 on a $10K deal)
Monthly earning potential: $10K–$25K+ based on consistent daily demos
No cap on earnings
Paid out Bi-Weekly

Ideal Candidate

5+ years of proven closing experience
Understanding of AI technology and automation (We will train if you don’t)
Confident on Zoom/Phone, excellent persuasion and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, competitive, and thrives in a high-volume sales environment
