The Winner's Framework: Problem -> Solution -> Scale
My mentor JT Foxx has just hit me with this simple framework. Week #1 Step 1: Find Expensive Problems Not all problems are worth solving. You need problems that meet three criterias : 1) High-Value Target Market Companies spending $5oK+ annually on the prblem. 2) Measurable Impact: Clear ROI that justifies premium pricing. 3) AI Advantage: Where Al genuinely outperforms human solutions The Research Method: Interview 20 business owners in your target industry. Ask: "what's your most expensive operational headache?". Focus on problems they're already paying to solve badly Ignore problems they "should" care about but don't. Commit this week to do it, and you'll be ahead of 90%. Week #2 - here a sneak peek: Step 2: Build The Minimum Viable Advantage Forget building platforms. Build painkiller solutions. Sharing is caring.
