Happy Monday everyone! As we hop (Happy Easter) into another week, we have another Weekly Challenge for you 💪🏼 This week, we are taking our core training off the floor. Your goal is to accumulate 100 Strict Hanging Knee Raises (or full Leg Raises for the advanced crew) by Sunday. The catch? Absolutely zero momentum or swinging. You must pause for one second at the bottom of every single rep to kill the momentum. If you don't have a pull-up bar, you can perform strict lying leg raises on the floor while gripping a heavy piece of furniture behind your head for stability. Good Luck!
