🍲 Recipe: Beef & Broccoli Stir-Fry
A healthier take on a takeout favorite.
Ingredients (4 servings):
  • 1 lb lean beef strips
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce (low sodium)
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1 cup cooked brown rice (optional for serving)
Instructions:
  1. Heat oil in skillet, cook beef until browned. Remove and set aside.
  2. Add garlic, ginger, and broccoli—cook until tender.
  3. Return beef, stir in sauces, and cook for 2–3 minutes.
  4. Serve over brown rice if desired.
