A healthier take on a takeout favorite.
Ingredients (4 servings):
- 1 lb lean beef strips
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp soy sauce (low sodium)
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 cup cooked brown rice (optional for serving)
Instructions:
- Heat oil in skillet, cook beef until browned. Remove and set aside.
- Add garlic, ginger, and broccoli—cook until tender.
- Return beef, stir in sauces, and cook for 2–3 minutes.
- Serve over brown rice if desired.
