Stop The Chase
I spent years chasing performance, trying to earn belonging, only to end up exhausted and disconnected from myself. It wasn’t until I stopped pretending and started telling the truth about my story that I began to live whole. Wholeness doesn’t come from perfection — it comes from honesty. When we face what’s broken, God can begin to restore what we’ve been running from. Question: Where in your life are you tired of pretending?

Let's get real...
Last time we talked about wholeness being about honesty, not perfection. Here’s the next step: wholeness grows when we slow down enough to actually listen to our hearts. Stillness creates space for healing. Where do you find it hardest to slow down?

LIVING WHOLE
So many of us chase wholeness like it’s another achievement to check off. But living whole is not about achieving, it is about receiving. It is about learning to live from the inside out. 1. Wholeness is not perfection Living whole does not mean having it all together. It means telling the truth about where you really are. Healing begins when we stop trying to look fine and actually live honest. 2. Wholeness begins in the heart Most of us try to fix life from the outside in. We work harder, earn more, or look stronger. But living whole starts inside, in the heart. When your heart is cared for, your life, relationships, and leadership flow with strength instead of strain. 3. Wholeness is connection not control Trying to control everything will keep you fragmented. Living whole is about connection to God, to yourself, and to others. It is in being known and loved that we move from survival to real life. What does living whole look like for you right now?
