What Does Your Name Mean
Let's do something fun and challenging this week. Tell us in the comments what your names means and if it is an accurate description of your life. Then, respond to another woman's comment with a scripture that encourages her based on her name description. I'll go first....

Small Wins Matter
Sometimes we overlook the progress we've already made and the victories that have been won no matter how big or small they may seem. This week, share: ✨ One small win you're celebrating ✨ One challenge you've recently overcome ✨ One thing you're proud of yourself for Then... Before the week ends, respond to TWO sisters and celebrate their wins with them. 💛

What's Filling Your Cup?
Life can be heavy sometimes, but even in difficult seasons, God often places small gifts of joy, peace, and encouragement along the way. This week, share: ✨ One thing that's bringing you peace right now ✨ One thing you're grateful for this week ✨ One thing you're making space for in this season Then... Before the week ends, respond to TWO sisters and encourage them. 💛 Pause. Reflect. Be Still. 🌿

OVERWHELM — "Name the Noise"
Happy Monday, sis. 💛 Before we do anything else this week — before the emails, the appointments, the mental list that's already running — I want to check in with you. Not the version of you that's managing everything. You. This week's challenge is simple. Maybe the simplest one we'll ever do. Drop ONE word in the comments that describes what's loudest in your life right now. Not an explanation. Not a paragraph. Just the word. Is it tired? Stretched? Worried? Stuck? Hopeful? Lost? Whatever it is — say it. Name it. Because there is something quietly powerful about putting language to what you're carrying. And there's something even more powerful about a room full of women saying me too. You are not alone in the noise. And you don't have to perform peace here. Come as you are. Drop your word. Let's hold this together. "Come to me, all who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest." — Matthew 11:28
