The X RESET PDF was made to be simple on purpose. Most people do not need another 200-page health guide filled with confusing terms, extreme routines, and information overload. Attention spans are shorter than ever, and honestly, most people do not want to read a textbook just to start feeling better. That is why the PDF is built as a clear outline. It gives you the foundation of the 5 pillars: TrainFuelRecoverSupplementMind The goal is to give you enough structure to understand the system, but not so much information that you get overwhelmed and never start. This community is where we will go deeper. Inside here, I’ll expand on the PDF, break down each pillar in more detail, answer questions, post extra thoughts, and add elements that may not have made it into the original guide. Think of the PDF as the starting map, and this community as the place where we build out the full journey. You do not have to know everything on day one. You just have to start.
