🎶 Weekly Alignment Tool: The Alignment Playlist
Purpose

This tool helps you tune into the version of yourself you want to embody this week — not through forced affirmations, but through emotional immersion.
How It Works
  1. Set the Intention Before picking any songs, pause and ask yourself:
“Who do I want to be this week?” Maybe you want to feel confident. Peaceful. Unstoppable. Grounded. Creative. Whatever energy you want to embody, let that be your compass.
  1. Select Five Songs That Match That Energy Pick tracks that move you — not just songs you like, but ones that make you feel something shift inside. These could be from any genre. The goal isn’t aesthetic perfection — it’s emotional accuracy. If you need ideas, think in themes: Confidence Boost: “Unstoppable” by Sia Grounded Peace: “Weightless” by Marconi Union Self-Belief: “Rise Up” by Andra Day Momentum: “Hall of Fame” by The Script Centering Calm: “Experience” by Ludovico Einaudi
(You can even create separate playlists for different moods or goals over time.)
