Setting the Tone for the Week
As we step into a new week, take a moment to pause and check in with yourself. What kind of energy do you want to carry forward over the next few days? Manifestation begins long before any action — it starts with clarity. When you decide who you want to be before the week begins, everything else has a way of falling into place. So, let’s keep it simple: If you could choose one word to guide your week — what would it be? Drop it below 👇 and let’s see the energy we’re creating together.

How do you learn best when exploring manifesting and metaphysical ideas?
I’ve been thinking a lot about how each of us learns and connects with new ideas. Some people feel the lightbulb turn on when they watch or listen… others when they write, reflect, or talk it through. Here in the Psychic Graffiti Manifesting Academy, we’re building something meant to grow with the people who are part of it — which means understanding how you learn best helps me shape what comes next. Take a second to share your thoughts below. There’s no wrong answer — just insight into what sparks your understanding and helps you grow. Everyone learns a little differently — some of us love watching videos, others prefer to read, listen, or reflect quietly. Your answer helps me shape the next wave of content for Psychic Graffiti Manifesting Academy so it fits how you grow best. So tell me — when something really resonates and helps you grow, what form does it usually take?

I actually learn best through a combination of hearing someone talk, seeing visuals to understand and taking notes as I go.
Journaling Isn’t a Diary — It’s a Spark for Your Future
Most people think journaling is just about writing down what happened today — like keeping a diary. But the truth is, when done intentionally, journaling is one of the most powerful manifesting tools you’ll ever use. Here’s why. Neuroscientists at UCLA and the University of Texas found that writing about emotions and goals strengthens neural pathways linked to focus, self-regulation, and motivation. In other words, the very act of writing down what you want helps wire your brain to look for ways to create it. When you journal about your desired future — not just what you hope for, but what you feel coming — you’re imprinting that reality into your subconscious. And your subconscious, as we know, is the bridge between thought and action. So no — journaling isn’t keeping a diary of your past. It’s a conversation with your future. 🪶 How to Journal with Intention Here are a few simple ways to make journaling a manifesting practice rather than a record-keeping one: 1. Start with Gratitude – Write 2–3 things you’re grateful for right now. Gratitude opens your awareness to abundance instead of lack. 2. Shift from “I want” to “I am.” – Instead of “I want to feel more confident,” write “I am becoming more confident each day.” This teaches your subconscious to normalize that identity. 3. Engage the senses. – Describe what your goal feels, looks, sounds, or even smells like. The more sensory detail, the stronger the emotional imprint. 4. Write daily, not perfectly. – Don’t edit. Don’t judge. This isn’t for the world; it’s for alignment. A few honest sentences are more powerful than a page of filler. 5. End with a statement of faith. – Something simple like: “What’s meant for me is already finding its way.” Reflection: When you write, do you focus more on what’s already happened or on what’s still becoming? If you’ve ever noticed your journaling shift something inside you — big or small — I’d love to hear what changed.

I have never been able to be consistent with diaries or journals. It’s always been a struggle for me…. (I edited a lot here because I was over-sharing) …writing is something I only do to sort out my thoughts and emotions and then throw away so no one can see it. Any ideas on how to shift this mindset of journalling being a chore?
A Place to Share Your Journey
Pull up a chair, pour a cup, and join the conversation. The Psy Graf Coffee Table is where we relax, share thoughts, and connect beyond lessons — a place for genuine, heart-level conversation. Welcome to The Psy Graf Coffee Table! This is the spot where we kick back a little — no formal lessons, no deep dives (unless you want to). Just conversation, connection, and maybe a few laughs along the way. So let’s start with something simple:✨ What’s one little thing that made you smile, pause, or feel grateful today? It could be a song you heard, a kind word from someone, a perfectly timed moment, or even a random bit of synchronicity. Drop it below 👇 and see how good it feels to share a spark of light. Because sometimes, it’s the smallest things that remind us we’re already manifesting more joy than we realize. Here's mine: Earlier today, I stopped in between editing videos and stepped out onto the back patio for a breath of fresh air. I looked out at the tree line — the way the sunlight filtered through the leaves, just starting to turn those deep, beautiful fall colors — when something caught my attention. Sitting on a branch was a red-tailed hawk. Majestic, calm, but clearly aware of me. He looked right at me with this expression that seemed to say, “Who are you? Why are you out here? And if I stare long enough, maybe you’ll go away.” It was somehow both relaxing and intense at the same time. A few minutes passed, and then he spread his wings and lifted off — off to hunt, or maybe just to move on to the next branch of his day. The whole thing was unexpected, but it left me thinking about how connected everything really is… and how lucky I am to have those quiet moments where the world reminds me it’s alive, too. I took a deep breath, said a quiet thank you, and went back inside feeling lighter. So tell me — what grabbed your attention today and gave you a moment to be grateful for?

My friend has given me fresh veggies, I was going to make and can salsa but was lacking the motivations. Instead I made a big batch of complementary from scratch chilli. I usually cheat and use V8 or spaghetti sauce, but I cooked down the tomatoes with until it was soup. Chopping and sautéing the veggies was “zen”. It is the freshest tasting chilli I have ever made and makes me grateful for the full experience and the leftovers I will have to freeze for quick healthy meals.

I am looking to manifest a source of passive income to help me move towards retirement. I have lived life paycheck to paycheck at jobs that didn’t offer any kind of retirement. This has been a recent revelation that I don’t have to work until I die. Now I’m in the phase of figuring out what and how
