Reset
If you’ve been in childcare long enough, you already know, some weeks do not go as planned. We don’t disappear. We reset. This week we’re focusing back on the real work:handling parent situations without over explaining, over reacting, or draining yourself. Before responding to anything this week, ask:Is this policy or emotion? Then respond accordingly. We’re back on track. How has everyone been holding up?

Midweek reset.
Parent conversations can drain you faster than the classroom some days. Before you respond to anything this week, pause and ask yourself one question: Is this a policy issue or an emotional issue? If it is policy, stay clear and brief. If it is emotional, stay calm and neutral. You do not need to over explain your standards. You need to enforce them consistently. What parent situation tested you this week?

It is Wednesday!
If you are tired, that is normal. If it felt smoother in one small moment, that matters. Keep the structure. Keep the tone calm. Keep showing up. You are doing more than you think.

Today’s the kickoff 🎉
First Weekly Reset drops at 6pm. We’re starting with why the room feels chaotic — and how to fix transitions before they turn into behavior problems. After the video, I’ll be dropping this week’s freebie so you can use it tomorrow. See you tonight.

No lessons, no fixing anything today — just breathe. What tested you the most this week? Kids, parents, paperwork, or just pure exhaustion? Drop it below and get it out your system before we reset Sunday.
