How it will work:
10 weeks (Starting Jan 5th 2026 until March 13th 2026)
16 daily actions to break bad habits and replace with a healthy routine
• THE NO'S LIST FOR THE 10 WEEKS
❌ No TV
❌ No Sugar
❌ No Alcohol
❌ No Smoking
❌ No Social Media (Put a daily limit if it's part of your work)
❌ No Phone for 24 hours once a week
❌ No Fastfood
❌ No Porn
• THE CHALLENGE
✅ Wake up at 5am (I'll be live at 5:30am MST to kick off the day)
✅ Scriptures (We will be reading one chapter of Proverbs everyday)
✅ Report (Write down / journal)
✅ Exercise (Go to the gym or run/walk 1 mile)
✅ Read a book in the 10 weeks (your choice - it can't be audiobook)
