What if Mondays were never actually the problem?
Most people wake up Monday morning and immediately react from unconscious programming:
“Back to the grind.”
“Here we go again.”
“This week is going to be stressful.”
"I'm already missing the weekend fun."
And the cray-cray part?
Your body starts producing chemistry to match those thoughts almost instantly.
That’s the Default Mode Network at work.
Your brain rehearsing familiar identity patterns and emotional states on autopilot.
But neuroplasticity means your brain can change.
Which means your experience of Mondays can change too.

One shift in awareness can interrupt the entire pattern.
Instead of:
“I have to get through this week…”
What if:
“I get to create this week.”
Different focus.
Different physiology.
Different energy.
Different outcome.
Your nervous system is always listening to the story you repeatedly tell yourself.
So maybe the question isn’t: “Why do Mondays suck?”
Maybe the real question is :“Who am I practicing being today?”
