I am pouring my life's work into this community and the training and workshops it contains. All I ask in return is that you Show Up and participate. Don't be a spectator, a procrastinator, or a "lurker." That won't do you any good, and that won't do this community any good.
We all struggle, and we all suffer from something sometimes. You found this community because you want to reclaim your authentic health. I have been there and know how hard it is to take new actions when the old ones feel so safe and familiar.
Taking new actions and getting the desired results requires a new way of thinking. This doesn't mean saying positive affirmations in the mirror.
This means reprogramming your subconscious mind with aligned actions.
