Introduction
Hi Everyone in the Skool Comunity and my name is Rajesh Malhotra and I am an Ex Estate Agent and I also know about Lettings. I have like many others paid for thousands for property mentoring courses by the so called "Gooros" and "X-Purts". Despite that I did not secure one 1. Landlord or 2. Investor. and I realized that I really needed a different approach and strategy. So I came across Paul Rose and I was very and truly impressed with his track record and credibility. So I decided to join his "PSN Property Basecamp" and Property Mentoring. My particular property investment strategy is 1. SA (ie Serviced Accommodation) and 2. HMOs (ie Houses of Multiple Occupation). The main challenge and obstacle that I have is more of a case of perception. As I do not currently have in my possession any SA's or HMO's. Landlords and even investors are very reluctant to offer me their BTLs (ie Buy To Lets). Even though I know that I can provide them with a professional service to the potential landlords and investors. QuestIon? "Has anyone else in the Skool Community personally experienced this challenge or obstacle?" Yes I know that property is a people business and there has to be 1. Know 2. Like and 3.Trust. Yet I really do feel (ie I got absolutely no support and left to my devices bar one from my property mentors and property courses). I am contacting the wrong type of people. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. As I am here to learn. Thank you to Paul Rose for inviting me to SKool Community and the PSN Property Basecamp
