Has anyone begun to think about shifting the dynamic of VA's to using AI's? I'm curious if the smaller level tasking we utilize for Virtual Assistants can be optimized with Artifical Intelligence and if so, has anyone found a company worth using? From a business stand point are the costs of AI integration worth the expense of assistants?
