Mid-year check-in: where is your search actually at?
We’re halfway through the year.
I’m not asking this to make you feel behind. Mid-year is actually one of the best moments to reset, because there’s still real runway left.
Companies that haven’t hit their hiring targets are starting to feel it. Budget windows are still open. Q3 is when a lot of roles that got delayed finally move.
So where are you at, honestly?
