Sulphur burps
Graham, im curious about your opinion on sulphur burps.
Some people suffer from them, others have never had them.
Do you have any thoughts on the cause? I've not suffered from them, I eat very little ultra processed food, no ready meals or protein bars etc. I also take a pre and pro biotic every day.
I guess it would be nice to know im making the right choices rather than just being lucky.
