Welcome!
Hey everyone, welcome to Project 300! Communication was a big issue last time, so we made a central hub to talk, deliver info, etc. So much more to come! Feedback is welcome - we are new to this platform so yeah it’ll be a little clunky. But Jan 1 @Frank Sepe and we will be ready to rock.
Friday Check-in
Worked out 4 of past 5 days. Practiced gratitude every day. Read my hard back book once and finished my audiobook, “Never Give Up” by Bear Grylls. At 170/300 on pull challenge. Feeling good overall. I’ve really been working on positive affirmations and focusing on progress not perfection. Need to start getting up earlier and winning the mornings. Been doing better, but will continue to improve. Good to be back!

Checkin’ In ✅
My initial thought was “this week sucked” and then the more I thought about it, it actually didn’t. Truth be told over the summer I fell off pretty hard. I traveled and raced so much that I got burnt out. That often puts me in this mindset that I’m not doing a good job. Gotta work on that. Because I’m here trying and that’s worth something. I’m baby stepping back into a routine. This past week I trained 4 days and had a really strong nutrition regimen. I only accomplished 150/300 pull ups so far, but that’s okay. I also completed my DEKA-fecta with a DEKA mile with Christine last Saturday! Yesterday I had my last wisdom tooth extracted so i’m benched for the rest of the weekend. I’ll see what’s up on Monday because i’m not sure how much stress or pressure I can exert without agitating it. We’ll see. Either way, I’m here. Thanks for reading. 💕
Friday Check-in
I've hit the gym 4 days and will go tomorrow. I finished Atomic Habits and I'll be reading Slight Edge next. I'm have 150/300 reps for challenge. All in all, I'm feeling relatively well. Mentally I've been struggling here and there with overthinking and past shame/ guilt that tries to resurface but reading and gym helps push that out.
