Hey everyone, welcome to Project 300! Communication was a big issue last time, so we made a central hub to talk, deliver info, etc. So much more to come! Feedback is welcome - we are new to this platform so yeah it’ll be a little clunky. But Jan 1 @Frank Sepe and we will be ready to rock.

Name: KJ Mazurek. Track: Endurance. By Dec 31, I will finish the year being able to saying I was disciplined throughout controlling my diet, finishing all the Spartan races on the calendar including the 24HH at the farm (and those I haven’t signed up for) & Lake Placid Ironman. This is going to be on amazing year filled with a lot of suffering and resilience. AROO!
