By Dec 31, I will finish the year being able to saying I was disciplined throughout controlling my diet, finishing all the Spartan races on the calendar including the 24HH at the farm (and those I haven’t signed up for) & Lake Placid Ironman. This is going to be on amazing year filled with a lot of suffering and resilience. AROO!
