Well it’s not been a fun week but finally some relief…
I just had a stress test as a follow up procedure from my ER visit earlier in the week. If you’ve never had one, I don’t recommend. There’s nothing fun about a treadmill with a steep incline while you have wires attached and an IV sticking out of you.
Good news - EKG and Echo look good at rest, during exercise and after exercise. I was told that I have a very strong, conditioned heart(thank you Project 300).
What’s next? -
- Cardiologist appointment on Monday to go through everything and to tell me next steps when it comes to monitoring.
- Work my way back into my regular schedule - we will see what that looks like. In my head it’s stretching, TKD(no sparring), weight training(light/moderate), cardio(zone 2 run/bike).
Enjoy the photo of a text from a friend I’ve known since kindergarten. Keep killing those workouts, love the inspiration and can’t wait to get back to it!
