Day 4 Burpee Challenge
We did it! I say we did it because one of the most valuable lessons that ive learned on this journey is that its not just me. Every Message, Positive comment, the amazing advice from Family and Spartan Family. This was a tough one today I locked in 110 burpees in 10 minutes. Goal reached.
