To be motivated constantly you need to deprive or “starve” yourself of the comfort in your environment. The artificial hunger that this creates will trick your brain into being motivated.
Obsession > discipline
Stop spoiling yourself with cheap dopamine, stop watching social media, stop buying yourself nice things, stop sleeping and dating so many women.
Same with testosterone. Testosterone Is only produced when your brain thinks you need it. If you sleep with many women than your brain already knows you reproduced, however if you keep women in your environmental and stay mostly celibate that your brain sees the goal which makes it increase testosterone but it won’t get the signal of achievement which doesn’t lower the testosterone later.
