New Cohort: ProjectMentor Pro Foundations
Curious about project management but not sure where to start? This one is for you.
Foundations is a 6-week, small-group live cohort built for beginners. No experience required. You may already be running projects without the title, and we'll show you how that experience counts.
What we'll cover:
- Session 1: What project managers actually do
- Session 2: The life of a project, start to finish
- Session 3: Careers in project management
- Session 4: Initiation and planning basics
- Session 5: Execution and tracking basics
- Session 6: Closing a project and charting your next step
You'll leave with:
- The language of the job (scope, stakeholder, milestone, and more)
- Hands-on practice: a mini charter, a status update, and a plot twist to solve
- A written plan for your next 90 days

- Mondays, Nov 16 – Dec 21
- 6:30–8:00 PM, online
- $360 per person
