Starting a New Role
Starting a new role can feel daunting, especially when you're unprepared.
I like to go into a role with a 90 day plan.
Yes you heard that right, a plan before I even start.
It helps me answer the following questions:
  • What do I want to achieve in 30 days?
  • What do I want to achieve in 60 days?
  • What do I want to achieve in 90 days?
Today, I'm sharing the template I use so with pre-filled generic goals that you may want to have, feel free to download, edit and tailor to your own role.
Not only will this help you keep track of those goals, but it will make you feel more confident, give you a record of your achievements and make you stand out as a PM.
I promise you, not many PM's do this. They leave this up to chance then have no clue what they achieved when they were there.
If you have any questions about the template or making your 90 day plan, comment on this post or send me a message.
Have a blessed week.
