Introducing the Project Advantage Accelerator Program
The Project Advantage Accelerator Program has been created as an ongoing training support and mentoring tool for project organisations resulting in project environments with highly competent staff who are consistently delivering successful projects. The program offers you the user a live interactive support centre enabling peer group knowledge exchange as the central go to project management training and support hub. The program offers project organisations and their key project staff, direct access to the critical information, knowledge and resources required to assist and troubleshoot issues as they progress through the initiation, detailed planning, scheduling, implementation, delivery, and control processes of live projects. From the beginning of 2026 I will be posting relevant program education, training, reccomended approaches, rersources and templates and all things project management on this site. Hi again everyone. It's Easy to navigate around this site. Here are your Guidelines. Community - This is where we share information with the entire menbership group and categorise our discussions. Classroom - This is where All Project Management Resources, Programs and Short Course material is found. By clicking on any training course the Training Program is made available. Calendar - This is where weekly events are advertised. Used mainly for paid subscribers requiring support and mentoring assistance with thier projects. Example. Monthly group events will be made available to Free International Members commencing in 6 months. Members - This is where all members are found. Leaderboards - This link shows who is most active from a communications perspective on the site. About - Gives a clear overview of the Project Accelerator Program, Who benefits from our Program, and What we Offer
