Let’s get something straight right away: you don’t have to put on a show for anyone here. This isn’t a highlight reel, and it’s not a stage for “perfect” recoveries or Insta-worthy breakthroughs. This is where the real stuff lives—the messy middles, yesterday’s sweats, the days you barely make it out of bed. If that’s you, pull up a chair. You’re already part of the crew.
I’m Belle—former disaster, now a coach, counselor, and proud teller of hard truths. I built this space because I got tired of watching people shrink to fit someone else’s definition of “healed.” We all deserve more than that. You deserve more.
Progress here isn’t about streaks, checklists, or gold stars. It’s the mornings you try again, even when you want to quit. It’s the moments you post something honest instead of hiding away. It’s every raw, unpretty step forward—even if you end up backtracking sometimes.
This is your spot to vent, to celebrate, to reach out, or to say the stuff you can’t say anywhere else. Whether you’re slogging through recovery, loving someone who is, or just need proof you’re not alone, you fit right in.
To the 68 (and counting!) brave humans here: thank you for showing up. For choosing honesty over polish, for making this scrappy little corner feel like home.
