🔥 Welcome to Progress is Progress 🔥
If you’re sick of the same scripted “recovery” talk that feels polished but empty, you’ve just found your new home. This isn’t about perfection or pretending—this is real, raw, messy, and totally unfiltered. I’m Belle—once lost in the chaos of meth addiction, now a recovery counselor, coach, and writer on a mission to prove that progress doesn’t have to be perfect to be powerful. Whether you’re battling your own demons, loving someone who is, working in recovery, or just ready to see what real healing looks like—this community is for you. Here’s the truth we live by: Progress isn’t a straight line. It’s a wild ride full of tiny wins, faceplants, and showing up even when the world feels like it’s crushing you. Sometimes progress is just getting out of bed and breathing through the day. Now, a massive THANK YOU to all 68 of you who have joined this tribe—people who get it, who are ready to connect, share, and lift each other up. This is the place to drop the shame, ditch the filters, and get damn real. Who’s ready to have the hard conversations? Who’s ready to be unapologetically honest? This is your space to be exactly who you are—flaws, scars, and all. Let's make some noise. Let’s celebrate every gritty step forward. Let’s do this—together. XOXO,Belle 🚀 Ready to go deeper? Progress
What's the first word or phrase that comes to mind when I think of "progress" is 'success' and 'remaining grateful during hard times.' I began the 7-day challenge. I honestly told myself I'm too busy for it, but I'm too busy for everything, and yet somehow I still find a way to make time for what's important, and this is important to me today. It might not be as important tomorrow or in a couple of days, but today I choose to take time out of my day and work on myself through this 7-day challenge.
My Survival Is My Superpower (And Hell Yes, I'm Using It)
Here’s the truth nobody tells you: the fact that you’re still here—breathing, reading this, scrolling through your phone or maybe clutching it like a lifeline—is already a kind of miracle. Don’t let anybody, ever, shame you for the ways you survived. You made it through what should have killed you. You got up when the world said stay down. That’s not weakness; that’s superhero-level grit. I don’t care if your progress today was just getting out of bed, sending a “hey, I’m not okay” text, or not throwing your phone at the wall when life got loud. Survival isn’t pretty, but it’s powerful as hell. Wear that scar, that story, that stubborn will to keep trying like a badge. And if you feel invisible or alone in all of this? You’re not. Not here. Not with me, not in the Progress Is Progress community. We’re a bunch of beautiful disasters learning how to love ourselves (and each other) a little better, one messy day at a time. 💪❤️ So if you need a hand, a rant, a laugh, or just someone to remind you that you’re not broken—you’re surviving, and that’s badass as hell—reach out. Drop a comment, DM me, or come find your people in our community. Let’s keep each other going. The world needs your story, scars and all.✨ Sound off below: what’s one survival skill you’ve picked up that the old you would never have believed? Let’s see those battle-tested wins. 👇
My Survival Is My Superpower (And Hell Yes, I'm Using It)
Some days, just surviving feels like winning the damn lottery. 🖤🔥💥
Let’s cut the BS right now—life can hit you so hard that just getting through feels like a miracle. Addiction, mental health struggles, trauma, loss—if you’re still here, still breathing, still fighting, you’ve already won the biggest battle most people never even get a shot at. So I want to hear your survival stories. What’s one moment you thought you wouldn’t make it, but you did? Drop it in the comments. No filters. No shame. Just raw truth. And if you’re still fighting that voice telling you to quit—what’s keeping you going? What keeps you showing up when giving up feels easier? Let’s get real about what survival really means. Because here’s the truth: surviving isn’t about perfection. It’s about guts, grit, and showing up every damn day, even when it sucks. You’re not just surviving—you’re winning. And that deserves to be shouted from the rooftops. If you want daily no-BS motivation to keep fighting, check out my blog: progressisprogress.substack.com Your story matters. Your survival is legendary. Let’s hear it—what’s your “I’m still here” moment? 🚀🦅🔥
