I currently looking for one investor or owner to acquire and place an R44 with an established helicopter flight school in South Florida under a long-term lease.
Black Label Helicopters is the operator
Lease Terms
✅ 3-Year Lease
✅ $300 per flight hour to the aircraft owner
✅ Expected 20-40 hours per month ($6k minimum)
✅ Lessee covers:
• Engine overhauls
• Insurance
• Scheduled & unscheduled maintenance
• Avionics
• Wear items and day-to-day operating expenses
Owner Covers:
• Airframe overhaul at TBO
• Applicable Airworthiness Directives (ADs)
Completely Turnkey
I handle the entire process from start to finish:
