Sourcing Priority. What is your’s?
When sourcing what is your priority?
Mine is:
- Size
- Brand
- Price
- Condition
This came up yesterday when I was sourcing at my favorite thrift store. I was being checked out by the store manager. I asked him what was the priority for pricing their items. It was just the opposite from my sourcing order:
- Condition
- Brand
- Size
I found this most interesting.
So, what is your sourcing priority?
