STEP-BY-STEP 1️⃣ Visit: ariseworkfromhome.com 2️⃣ Enter your name and email address 3️⃣ Enter your contact and personal information 4️⃣ Enter referral code: 4986117 5️⃣ Complete the Tech Scan Make sure your equipment meets the requirements before moving forward. 6️⃣ Complete the Arise assessment 7️⃣ Select: 👉 “I want to work for someone else” 8️⃣ Click: 👉 “Join a Service Partner” 9️⃣ Enter your Social Security Number ⚠️ Enter sensitive information only through the official Arise platform. 🔟 Enter the company code: 🔑 874550 Then select: 👉 Procure Financial LLC 1️⃣1️⃣ Wait for your request to join to be approved. As you explore client opportunities through the Arise platform, please keep in mind that pay rates vary by client program. Each client determines its own starting rate and schedule based on the type of work, program requirements, performance expectations, and complexity. CURRENT STARTING PAY RATES Disney $12.00/hr WEC Energy $14.00/hr Carnival Cruise Line $15.00/hr Dick’s Sporting Goods $16.00/hr Agero Roadside Assistance $17.00/hr Fiserv $17.00/hr First Citizens Bank $16.00/hr MSC Cruises $12.00/hr ModivCare $16/hr TRAINING PAY Please be aware that the training rate is separate from the production pay rate listed for each client program. All approved training is now paid at $10.00 per hour. Once you successfully complete training and begin working in production, you will be paid according to the starting rate associated with the client program you selected. For example: 📚 Training: $10.00/hour 💼 Production: Client-specific rate IMPORTANT INFORMATION • These are starting rates and may change based on program availability, requirements, assessments, and performance. • Some programs may offer additional incentive opportunities based on attendance, call quality, adherence, and other performance metrics. • Client availability is not guaranteed. Eligibility and program placement can vary based on assessment results and client-specific requirements. • Some clients may require additional certifications or training before you can begin servicing the program. • Once you select a client program, you will receive additional instructions regarding pay registration. PAYDAY Regardless of which client program you certify for through Procure Staffing Solutions, our official payday schedule is: 11TH & 25TH OF EVERY MONTH Please remember: Your pay rate is determined by the client opportunity you select, while your payday remains the 11th and 25th.
