Pay rates vary depending on the client program you choose through the Arise platform. Each client offers a different pay rate and schedule structure based on call type, performance, and program complexity. Below is a general pay guideline for commonly available client programs: Program / Client Starting Pay (per hour) Disney $12.00 WEC Energy $14.00 Carnival Cruise Line $15.00 Dick’s Sporting Goods $16.00 Agero Roadside Assistance $17.00 Fiserv $19.00 First Citizens Bank $16.00 MSC Cruises $12.00 ALL TRAININGS ARE NOW PAID!! Please note: These are starting rates and may vary depending on program availability, skill assessment results, client-specific requirements, and overall call performance. 🧩 Important Notes You will receive a separate email with pay registration instructions once you have selected your client program. Each program may have different incentive pay opportunities based on performance metrics (attendance, call quality, and adherence). Job availability is based on assessment results and eligibility requirements — programs vary from person to person.● Some clients may require additional certification or training, which will be detailed before enrollment. 💼 Example If an agent qualifies for the Dick’s Sporting Goods program after completing assessments and training, they will earn $16/hour, paid on the 11th and 25th of each month. Another agent placed with Fiserv may earn $19/hour, depending on the role assigned.

Required Tools To Work From Home
Before you can certify or work with any Arise client, you must pass the Tech Check/Tech Scan. This scan makes sure your computer and internet meet the minimum requirements for servicing. Here’s how to prepare — and what to do if you don’t pass the first time. 1️⃣ Use a Windows or Mac Computer (NO Chromebooks or Tablets) Arise does not allow: - Chromebooks - Tablets - iPads - Phones Use a compatible desktop or laptop only. 2️⃣ Use a Hard-Wired Ethernet Connection WiFi will cause the tech scan to fail. 👉 Plug your computer directly into your router using an Ethernet cable. 3️⃣ Close All Programs Before Running the Scan This helps your system show accurate performance. ✔ Close Zoom, Chrome tabs, VPNs, streaming apps ✔ Restart your computer before scanning ✔ Temporarily disable any extra antivirus programs 4️⃣ Make Sure Your System Meets Arise Requirements Minimum specs include: - Windows 10 or 11 / macOS 10.15+ - Intel i5 or equivalent processor - 4GB RAM (8GB recommended) - Reliable internet (10 Mbps download / 3 Mbps upload) If you need upgrades, here are affordable options: 🔗 https://wahequipmentsolutions.com/ 5️⃣ Run the Tech Scan Again After Fixing Issues Most failed tech scans are caused by: ❌ Using WiFi ❌ Low RAM ❌ Outdated software ❌ Chromebooks (never accepted) ❌ Slow internet speeds Once corrected, the scan usually passes on the next try. ⭐ Need Help?
