Welcome to PDN4U Academy. Hey — I'm B. Bianca Benoit, RN. I've been a private duty nurse for 12 years. For most of that time I worked through agencies, did great care, and let them keep a cut of every dollar Medicaid paid for my shift. Then I learned I could bill Medicaid directly — no agency, full rate, every Wednesday. I built this course because I spent years figuring that out alone. You shouldn't have to. PDN4U is for licensed RNs and LPNs in New York State who are ready to go independent. The course walks you through everything — enrollment, billing, LLC setup, rate enhancements, all of it.
