The Metal Print Handbook
I just realized I removed this from the group. I'm adding the Metal Print Handbook back for anyone who wants it. The first one is the handbook. And the second is the business book. I've been amazed at how many people liked this. I put it together as a simple guide, but thousands of people have read it. So then I added a business book with it. Hope you find them useful, Rush

New Course Alert! 🚨
Just dropped a new course in the Classroom called "Social Media Growth". It covers the fundamentals for getting more sales on social media. I will release 1 new video per day over the next 6 days. I am also doing away with the Print Shop Games. I realized it is not useful for those of you who want to learn. Everybody goes at their own pace. Instead, I will start releasing new content weekly and going deeper on topics. There is so much that I know that I haven't really talked about, and I truly believe I can help any one of you build a full-time business with custom printing. That is my goal 🫡 Do you think this is a good idea?

Friday Motivation
A quote I really like “It happens slower than you expected and then faster than you could imagine” Many of you have a business on the side or as a hobby. Which means you likely need to spend some of your weekends building. Many of you are making really great progress, but it doesn’t feel like it yet. You’re not seeing enough of the results that you’d like as fast as you’d like, and that’s normal. But just because you’re not selling a lot yet, doesn’t mean you're not getting closer. When I first started my printing business, I ran into so many problems. I bought all the material, and for almost the first 6 months, I didn’t sell anything... I was learning how to consistently make good signs. It was challenging. Many times, I wanted to quit and thought it was useless. But every problem I ran into, I looked at as an opportunity to learn, and once I learned it, I could remove that problem from the list. Something that really helped was making a big list of every problem I was having and then 1 by 1 working on them to try to solve. If you repeatedly do this, you will get better and closer to your goal. If you’re already good at your job, your next goal is learning how to sell. This is where your effort can really feel like it’s not working. You post a video, and it only gets a few views, and you’re upset. But you’ve now taken the first step and realize you can take another. “You can only build on success” Take what was good from that video and repeat it. Then take what you didn’t like and either improve it or remove it. If you repeatedly do this over time, you will get better. And if you’re new to social media or advertising, the results don’t usually come right away. Staying consistent and constantly trying to improve will move you forward. So just keep sticking with it. I promise every person (including me) struggled when starting social media. But the world rewards those who keep showing up. So good luck to everyone building this weekend. I’ve got my plans laid out and will be continuing to work all weekend, so just know that you’re not alone!

New video - Tell A Story
I just released "Tell A Story" in the Classroom. This might be the most useful video yet. Storytelling is the most effective way of getting people to follow what you do. It's all around us. You're constantly being told through stories. If you're serious about making content, I highly recommend watching this. Like always, It tried to keep it short and simple. I will be starting to use more storytelling again in my content because I believe it is so effective Hope this is useful, Rush

New Print Shop?
I'm moving back to New Hampshire next week. And I've been thinking about a workspace. For the past few months, I've been working in my apartment. But it's getting old, and I miss having a shop. I'm thinking about reopening my old black office. The plan is to have a cool studio to film content, make stuff, and teach. I can print different things and try new ideas. I miss the old shop, and this seems like the next best step. Would you prefer this?
