Do you focus on daily changes or trends?
When you’re trying to see if something is working, do you focus more on: - how you feel day to day - or patterns over time I’ve noticed a lot of people react to small daily changes, which can get confusing when multiple things are changing Feels like trends over time give a clearer picture What do you usually rely on?

Do you know your baseline?
Before trying something new, do you actually know your baseline? - how your energy normally feels - how your recovery is - how your performance looks Or do you usually figure it out as you go? I’ve noticed a lot of people skip this part, which makes it harder to judge if anything is actually working What’s your approach?

The Silent Majority Who Else Has Tried Popular Peptides and Felt Absolutely Nothing?
We hear all the success stories. The life-changing transformations. The fixed my decade-old injury in three weeks posts. But I'm curious about the other side. The people who ran BPC-157 for a full cycle and the pain stayed identical. Who pinned CJC-Ipamorelin nightly and slept the same. Who sprayed Semax daily and felt zero cognitive shift. I ran Selank for a month. Careful sourcing, proper storage, consistent dosing. Nothing. Not even a subtle mood change. Same with Semax no focus, no clarity, no motivation boost that everyone describes. It makes me wonder how many non-responders are out there staying quiet while the success stories dominate the conversation. Or if there's something about individual neurochemistry, receptor density, or metabolism that makes some people essentially peptide-resistant for certain compounds.
