Today, I was reminded of something so simple, yet so profound.
I took a longer route home after dropping my daughter off at school… and I passed a magnolia tree.Its blooming season had long passed. Yet there, in the middle of lush green leaves, was one flower—soft, radiant, bold.
It wasn’t late.
It was right on time.
And so are you.
In a world that pushes urgency and comparison, let this be your reminder:
✨ You’re not behind.
✨ You’re not overlooked.
✨ You’re not forgotten.
You are blooming in your divine timing—in the rhythm of God's grace and perfect design.
Sometimes leadership feels lonely.
Sometimes vision feels heavy.
But remember, God is never late with those He’s called to lead.
You are being prepared, pruned, and positioned.
Not just to bloom—but to bear fruit that lasts.
So breathe deep. Keep moving. Trust the process.
Because even if it looks quiet on the outside, heaven is working behind the scenes.
Your bloom is coming.
And when it does—it will bless more than just you.
It will ripple through generations.
