What's Your Working Genius?

I thought it would be fun to see how others operate, think and thrive. Maybe even come together at some point and help those that have weaknesses where our strengths are.

For me, it was so relieving to learn that the reason I hate doing tasks over and over again, wasn't because I wasn't good enough, but because it literally is my weakest working genius. It helped me understand WHO I need to hire on my team to help with my weaknesses.
