šŸ”„ When fitness, food, and breathing actually line up… workouts feel different ā€œTrain your body, fuel it well, breathe properly — everything else gets easier.ā€ I’ve noticed workouts feel way better when a few simple things line up.Good food before training šŸ³šŸ„©šŸŽBreathing steady between sets šŸŒ¬ļøMoving with intention instead of rushing šŸ’Ŗ Even something small like a few slow breaths before a lift or between sets can change your focus and calm your body down. The workouts I enjoy most are the ones where I finish feeling energised, clear headed, and glad I showed up. What does your own workout process look like?
