The GMO Gospel
Everyone believes God is good… until you make Him ONLY good.
That’s when goodness becomes a scandal.
Because we’ve been trained our whole lives that if something sounds “too good,” it must not be true.
So when you remove stealing, killing, and destroying from God completely… religion gets uncomfortable.
Why?
Because most religion still preaches a GMO gospel.
Genetically Modified OLD MAN perspective.
A gospel still mixed with the old man mindset.
A gospel still rooted in fear, separation, shame, punishment, performance, and control.
A gospel that mixes Jesus with the knowledge of good and evil.
That’s why many people still believe:
“God is teaching you through destruction.”
“God put sickness on you.”
“God is taking from you to humble you.”
“God is using tragedy to shape you.”
But Jesus never revealed a Father who steals, kills, and destroys.
Jesus said:
“The thief comes to steal, kill, and destroy… but I have come that they may have LIFE and life more abundantly.”
Jesus completely separated the works of the thief from the nature of the Father.
The problem is, the GMO gospel keeps reintroducing the old man nature back into God’s character.
It creates a mixed gospel.
A gospel where God is loving… but also secretly destructive.
Merciful… but also the source of fear.
Life-giving… but also the author of death.
But the organic Gospel of Jesus Christ is different.
The organic Gospel is pure.
Unmixed.
Untouched by the old man mindset.
The organic Gospel reveals a God who is GOOD and VERY GOOD.
A Father who gives life.
A Father who heals.
A Father who restores.
A Father who saves.
A Father who runs toward sinners instead of away from them.
Religion struggles with a God who is only good because control loses its power when people stop being afraid of Him.
Fear-based systems need a dangerous God to survive.
Because if people fully discover the goodness of the Father:
Manipulation breaks.
Condemnation loses its grip.
Performance dies.
Separation collapses.
And people finally begin running TO God instead of hiding FROM Him.
That is why radical goodness sounds offensive to the old man mindset.
Because the old man survives through fear.
But the new creation comes alive through love.
The GMO gospel keeps people conscious of separation.
The Gospel of Jesus awakens people to union, sonship, freedom, and life more abundantly.
And once you truly see the Father through Jesus…
You realize:
There was never darkness in Him to begin with.
